Many of our stock designs and some simple custom orders can be airbrushed
while you wait. Please understand however, that we may have a line
of items to be airbrushed ahead of our order, and for this reason,
please be prepared to pick your order up at a later time. Portraits
and large orders may take a couple of days to setup and process, so
please factor this into your plans when ordering for gifts.
Stock Designs: 5 mins to 1 hour
Custom Artwork: 15 mins to 1 day
Portraits: 7-10 working days
Large Orders:
10 working days, depending on quantity.
These times are just estimates and may be subject to change due to
workload. Please be mindful that last minute orders may encounter difficulties in getting done.
If you have placed an order and need to make changes, please contact
us as soon as possible at 0423 117 499.
If we complete your order ahead of time, we will contact you to let
you know it is waiting for pick-up. |
Over the Internet
We are continuing to put a special effort
into our growing internet business, and now have more reasonable times
for processing orders.
When payment is processed thru our credit card service or our third
party payment services like PayPal and Paymate, then we will immediately
begin work on your order. Bank transfers require that we wait till
we get confirmation of payment before we begin work. Orders not paid
for after 5 days will be deleted.
Stock Designs: Can be airbrushed
and sent out within 7 working days.
Custom Orders: Can be airbrushed and sent out within 7 working days.
Portraits: Can be 7-10 working days to airbrush and send out.
Large Orders: Minimum of 10 working days. |
Full payment for orders
is required
For all stock designs and Internet orders we require full payment
before work can begin.
Large Orders and custom work totaling more than $300 require at least
half the total cost of the order as a down payment. Special shirt
orders where we order garments not normally carried in our shop will
require the full payment for the costs of the shirts before the order
to the factory is placed.
PayPal
Hot Paint Airbrush Art is a longtime user of PayPal and if you are familiar
with this payment service, you may certainly use it to complete payment
for your order. You can use many different credit cards as well as
use your own bank account to send money to may different countries
in the world. For more information about PayPal, click

Online Bank Transfer
If you prefer to use online banking for your transactions, you can
also pay for your purchase by using a direct online bank transfer
from your bank account to our bank account. Once you complete your
order in the online shop, and choose Bank Transfer as your payment
option, you will then be given the details for making the transfer.
Once the transfer is complete, please email us with the details so
that we can begin working on your order right away.
Cashier Cheques and Money Orders
Due to the nature and security of electronic banking, we have decided
to stop accepting non-electronic payments such as cheques and money
orders. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate
to email us.
Cash
We accept cash in our studio and at our various setups. Please do not send cash thru the mail. |
Returns, Refunds and
Cancellations

mutual happiness is to guarantee our artwork. For our personalized
and customized airbrushed shirts, we guarantee that they will be 100%
free from defects in materials and workmanship. If they’re not,
you may return them to us in their original condition for a prompt
credit, exchange or full refund. And we'll be friendly about it too
with no dramas -- we really want you to be satisfied with our service! |

Hot Paint Airbrush Art asks our customers to ensure that their spelling, colors,
sizes, and style choices are correct. Most of the reasons why an order
has to be redone is due to customer error. We strongly urge you to
double-check your order for correctness before clicking the check

When the mistake is ours
Hot Paint Airbrush Art accepts responsibility for errors we make on orders.
We may spell a name wrong or get a color wrong... maybe even leave
something out. Having airbrushed thousands of shirts in her career,
Hayley has made probably every artist mistake in the book, invented
a few new ones, and has written the book on how to repair most of
them. If you have been the victim of a mistake, please notify us as
soon as you receive the item by emailing us at info@hotpaint.com.au
and depending upon the item, we will send a replacement immediately
or repair the mistake. We can do it faster if you bring the garment
back to us at the shop, should you be living in the Melbourne area. |
Returns and Exchanges
When you need to make a return or an exchange, please return your
shirt(s) to us within 15 days of when you receive them, and in it's
original condition (please, don't wear or wash the shirt when you
know there is a problem with it). Please include a copy of the invoice
you received with a note telling us why you're returning the shirt,
and indicate if you would prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund.
Exchanges for a different style, size or color of shirt not due to
a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal
shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you.
Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot
be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials
or workmanship and/or order processing errors.
We recommend that you return products to us insured. Australia
Post or the mail service in your country will insure your package
to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package
doesn't get delivered, we cannot give you the exchange.

Refunds
Refunds at our studio can only be given for orders that
have been cancelled before work has begun. Cash payments will be refunded
in full in our shop. Make sure that you hang on to your receipt. Refunds for completed work can only happen if the artist has
made an serious error that cannot be fixed, has occurred on a
garment that has been brought in by the customer, or has run past a critical deadline with no other alternative. Please note however, before
refunds are given, every effort to replace the garment is made should the artist be in error.
If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect
or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the
shirt only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping
unless there is a manufacturing defect or there was a clear mistake
made by us in processing your order. |
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled BEFORE the artist begins work. Once work has begun and you make a cancellation, you will then have to take into account the cost of the item being airbrushed. If you anticipate
having to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible,
so that we can make alternate arrangements, transfer your payment
to Another order, or set up your refund. |
Changes
If you want to make a quick change, please contact us as soon as possible,
because if we airbrush the item before the change is made, there is
no going back and the item may be ruined. It is possible to make a
change once the item is airbrushed, but please be aware that it may
not be possible to make it look like there has not been a change.
We have a great deal of experience in covering changes, but we are
not perfect and not all changes can be made perfectly. |
